What are your lead times?
If a product is not in stock typical lead times are 4-6 weeks–custom offerings can range from 6-8 weeks to completion depending on size and scope.
Where are Ikonik products fabricated?
All Ikonik products are fabricated from start to finish in Guelph On. Canada.
Can you do custom work?
We pride ourselves on our ability to bring custom creations to life.
Does Ikonk do installations?
We typically do not install but have taken on this service for special projects.
How much does shipping cost?
Freight charges are based on order size/dimensions, and project location.
How much does an Ikonik screen cost?
Pricing is dependant on the size of the piece, number of ‘pierce points’, and total cut length–more detailed screens are inherently more costly.
What are your design fees?
This is dependent on size and scope.
Do your screens come with wind load and guard ratings?
Yes, with our standard screens–we can develop certifications for custom products if required (engineering/design fees will apply).
Do you have a showroom that I can visit or bring my clients?
Yes, we are located on the north end of Guelph, Ontario.
Do you have installations instructions?
Yes, we supply instruction details with our included hardware package(s).
Do you have sample swatches with your coating options?
We are happy to produce finish swatches for you & your clients.
What are your standard screen sizes?
Standard sizes include our ‘72 Series’ (36”x72”) & ‘88 Series’ (44”x88”).
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
We are happy to create package or volume costing for larger projects.
Can Ikonik mimic someone else’s pattern or design me a custom pattern from a design that I like?
With respect to our competitors we will not produce a direct copy of an original creation–if the pattern is not an original (eg. existing cultural pattern) we will reproduce an exact or suitable facsimile.
Can your screens be used overhead?
We have produced many overhead solutions and will work with your team.
Can your screens be used vertically and horizontally?
Our screens can be mounted and used either way.
Can Ikonik provide SketchUp models so that I can show Ikonik products in my designs?
Yes we have models we can supply (fees apply for custom iterations).
How are the screens mounted?
With stainless fasteners that align with the ‘slotted’ mounting holes designed into the screens.
Is hardware for mounting the screens included in the price?
All stainless mounting hardware included (post anchorage not included).
